Robert Stallings, President of Iroquois Southwest, Inc (ISW), graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management in 1979. Bob has over 20 years of industry experience having held various management positions in Underwriting, Product Management and Marketing with Prudential Insurance, prior to joining the Iroquois Group.
Bob joined Iroquois in 2001 and started ISW in Arizona at that time as a start-up operation. The operation has since grown to include membership in California, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Nevada with plans for continued expansion into the other western states.

Tina Baire joined the Iroquois Group in January of 1986 in the corporate office located in Olean, N.Y. She started as a Commercial Underwriter assistant then went into agency accounting for the 1/3-2/3 Members. Tina became Vice President of an Iroquois Group owned agency and managed the agency for a year before she left to pursue a career with Iroquois’ partner company Databranch. She became Sr. Marketing Representative in 1994 for Databranch, Inc. In 2000, Tina left Databranch to become an officer of the family business and developed the corporation. As a partner in the corporation with her husband they grew the family business and expanded to form a second company under the corporation.
Tina relocated in June 2007 to start Iroquois of California, Inc. and continues to grow the Iroquois membership in Southern California. Currently she enjoys traveling her SoCal territory and building the Iroquois membership as she has had a history of doing with companies.
Tina continues her partnership with her husband in the family owned business in New York state and continues to be active in the corporation. She has two children ages 24 and 19 who continue working in the family business.

Mike brings over 17 years of experience as a highly involved insurance professional in management, operations, marketing, and due diligence. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Strategic Management and Marketing, which help in business planning, benchmark/goal setting, operations, cash flow, and marketing campaigns. Mike developed his own agency prior to being a marketing manager throughout the state of California. Finally, before transitioning over to the Iroquois Group, Mike worked as an insurance consultant for California, Oregon, and Washington specializing in rehabilitation, business development and marketing strategies. As Regional Manager for the Iroquois Group Southwest, Mike is responsible for agency membership in northern California and northern Nevada and enhancing relationships with our carrier partners.

Staci Robinson joined Iroquois Southwest® in September, 2011. A native Californian and resident of San Jose, she has more than 14 years of insurance experience, having worked as a territory manager with a major carrier after working on the product development side of the business.
